IamSMEofIndia & Asian Hospitals jointly explore Bangladesh
A joint delegation of IamSMEofIndia (Integrated Association of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises of India) and Asian Hospitals led by Mr. Rajiv Chawla, Chairman of IamSMEofIndia and Padam Shri Dr. N K Pandey, Chairman, Asian Hospitals went to Bangladesh early this week.
During this visit many important meetings were held including with Dr. Atiur Rahman, Governor of Bangladesh Bank (Central Bank of Bangladesh), Minister of Health, Director General of Health, Dy. High Commissioner of India to Bangladesh and a very large congregation of MDs, CEOs of Banks, Govt Officials and Entrepreneurs at Dhaka to explore opportunities related to MSMEs, Health Care, Medical Tourism and exploring setting up of Hospital in Bangladesh.
An important MOU was also signed between WeFlyBest.com, a travel & hospitality joint venture of IamSMEofIndia and RAHS Limited, a Dhaka based company for providing WeFlyBest’s services in Bangladesh. This is the first MOU that WeFlyBest has entered into with a company outside India.
Mr. Chawla made deliberations on ‘Future of Manufacturing’ and ‘Small & Smart is the New Beautiful’ and addressed a big audience of MSME members of IamSMEofBangladesh. Dr. Pandey, during his discussions and speech, said that Asian Hospitals are pioneers in the field of healthcare and are willing to join hands with Bangladesh for offering advanced healthcare solutions and services.
