Reduction in single-window approval timelines from 45 days to 30 days, with further improvements planned
Identification of 100 high-potential rural clusters for specialised skill-development centres
Adoption of 25 ITIs by private industry to strengthen industry-ready skills
Incentives for more than 2,000 MSMEs to install rooftop solar systems
Development of Kurukshetra, Hisar and Rohtak as alternative IT and digital growth hubs
New initiatives to promote traditional industries, local products, self-help groups and rural entrepreneurship through district-level Swadeshi Melas and e-commerce linkages
