Dr. Deepa Malik
Indian Para-Athelete
She is the first Indian woman para-athlete to win a silver medal at the Paralympic Games. She achieved this historic feat in the shot put event.
Deepa has also received several prestigious awards, including the Arjuna Award in 2012 and the Padma Shri in 2017.
Beyond her athletic achievements, she is an inspirational speaker and actively involved in promoting sports among people with disabilities.
