Sub: EVA Survey-2: Reasons for non-adherence to the approved Packing Standard
Dear friend,
Please accept my warm Greetings!
I write this email to you on behalf of the Endurance Vendor Association (EVA).
Endurance has raised an important concern in the last Meeting with the Endurance Vendor Association that some Vendors are not following the Packing Standards at each location resulting in issues like Quantity Difference, transit damages, non-compliance of ESG norms etc.
Endurance has given us a list of 20 Suppliers that are not adhering to the approved Packing Standards in spite of repeated requests raised by Endurance.
EVA, therefore, has been asked to intervene.
We, at EVA, have decided on three course Action Plan:
1. To find the most common reasons why Packing Standard is not adhered to
2. Highlight the issues to Endurance Work and work with them to resolve issues they need to address
3. Support and enthuse Vendor Members to meet with the Packing Standard requirements of the Endurance
Since the name of your unit is in the list of Vendors not complying with the mentioned requirement, we’d like to know the real issues/ challenges at the grassroots and at the functional/ operational level.
I share with you a list of probable reasons for non-maintenance of FG Inventory.
