"HAR GHAR TIRANGA" AND "MERI MAATI MERA DESH" CAMPAIGN
13-15 August 2023
'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM)' is an ongoing celebration to commemorate the 75 glorious years of a progressive independent India. This initiative by the Government of India aims to bring in focus on the freedom struggle, and the milestones this nation has achieved. AKAM is dedicated to the people of India who have been instrumental in development of the country and its evolutionary journey.
Under the aegis of AKAM, 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign was launched from 13 to 15 August 2022 to encourage the citizens to hoist the National Flag of India in their homes. The idea behind the campaign was to instill the feeling of patriotism in the hearts of people and reminisce the journey of India and those who have contributed towards creating this great nation.
This year also Har Ghar Tiranga will be celebrated across the Nation from 13 to 15 August 2023, wherein citizens will be encouraged to hoist flags in their premises.
Along with Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign, Meri Maati Mera Desh will be celebrated as culminating event of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav aimed at paying tribute to the "Veers" of our nation who sacrificed their lives for our motherland.

In this regard, Members are requested to encourage employees and their families to hoist the Indian National Flag in their premise and upload selfie with flag at www.harghartiranga.com and take Panch Pran Pledge and upload a selfie with mitti at www.yuva.gov.in / www.merimaatimeradesh.com between 13-15 August 2023.
