You can now reserve your booth at a highly subsidized rate: Highly Subsidized rate for 9 sq mtr booth (Shell Scheme) =INR. 4,30,000/- Participation Fees includes Standard built up stall of 9 Square Meters, having: Name Fascia with Branding Wall Panels, Fascia Name, 1 Table, 3 Chairs, 14 rods or 14 Shelves, 150 Hangers (Top / Bottom), 6 Track Lights LED White, 1 Waste bin & Cleaning, Carpet, Water Supply for 3 days, 1 Power socket (For Mobile / Laptop Charging) NOTE:
1. Please note that the proposal for the event has been submitted to the Ministry by FIEO for approval for the year 2023-24 and the final approval is awaited. 2. In case of any variation in the grant the participation charges will be revised accordingly. SUBSIDY: Category-1 (Eligible Units located in approved areas/ with CLU in Haryana): Eligible companies will be entitled for reimbursement of air-tickets (economy) for 2 persons, Stall Charges & Promotional expenses, upto Rs. 5.0 lakhs Category-2 (Eligible Units located in any area anywhere in India): Eligible companies will be entitles for reimbursement of economy class Airfare o n submission of documents after the completion of the event. The amount of reimbursement shall be subject to the approval and quantum of funds approved by the Ministry for the said event maximum up to INR 1,50,000/- (Only o ne Person Per Company i.e. o nly to Director, Proprietor, Partner, regular officer of the company o n senior managerial Position will be eligible for the Airfare Reimbursement).
