Under Haryana Right to Service Act
Chief Secretary Sh Sanjeev Kaushal issued a notification under the Haryana Right to Service Act (RTSA) to ensure expeditious service delivery and promote transparency and accountability.
This initiative by the state government is a significant step towards improving the ease of doing business in Haryana and supporting the growth of the state s economy.
Each service under this ambit is accompanied by a time frame.

| 11. | Changes in ownership (other than death cases) | 30 days |
| 12. | Demarcation of plots | 5 days |
| 13. | Issuance of plinth-level certificates | 7 days |
| 14. | Water and sewerage connections | 15 days |
| 15. | Allotment of land or shed | 60 days |
| 16. | Permissions for installing communication and connectivity infrastructure | 45 days |
| 17. | Physical possession of plots | 7 days |
| 18. | Extensions for project implementation completion | 14 days |
| 19. | Project-completion certificates | 30 days |
| 20. | Change of name-related | 14 days |
| 21. | Alterations in constitution | 30 days |
| 22. | Plot changes | 30 days |
| 23. | Plot Surrenders | 30 days |
