MSME Ministry launches 3 Sub-Schemes under RAMP; Makes ZED Scheme Free for Women; Plus Enhanced Support for IPR |
 Govt has announced few Excellent Schemes for MSMEs as part of the Rs. 6000 crore RAMP (Raising and Accelerating MSMEs Performance) SCHEME-1:
GIFT (Green Investment and Financing for Transformation) Objective: Help Micro & Small enterprises adopt green technologies with interest subvention and credit guarantee support Interest subvention of 2% on term loan of Rs. 2 crores Upto Rs.4 lakhs For Green/ Energy Efficient Technologies (890 Technologies as approved by BEE and JICA) For Micro and Small Enterprises (located anywhere in India) SCHEME-2: SPICE (Scheme for Promotion and Investment in Circular Economy)_ Objectives: Incentivize MSEs to adopt Circular Economy (Recycling) Projects Enable MSEs to comply with EPR (Extended Producers Responsibility (EPR) Capital subsidy of 25% Upto Rs.50 lakhs For Micro and Small Enterprises (located anywhere in India) SCHEME-3: ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) for Delayed Payments- Legal assistance to MSEs for recovery of delayed payments 4. Free ZED Certification for Women-Led Enterprises Existing Subsidy for ZED Certification: Micro 80%, Small 60%, Medium 50% The above Subsidy enhanced to 100% for Women led enterprises 5. SCIP (Support for Commercialization of IP Programme) Reimbursement for IP Access Fees & Registration of Foreign Trademarks & Designs 70% of the total actual cost upto: i. Indian Patent: 10 lakhs ii. Foreign Patent: 15 lakhs iii. Copyright or Trademark: 2 lakhs iv. Biomaterial or tangible research property: 10 lakhs v.
