As you are aware the UN Global Compact is the world’s largest corporate citizenship and sustainability initiative.

Since its official launch by the United Nations on 26^th July, 2000, the initiative has grown to include over 20,000 participants in 160 countries across 69 Local Networks around the world. It is both a policy and a practical framework for companies that are committed to sustainability and responsible business practices.

The UN Global Compact Network India (UN GCNI), in collaboration with the PHD Chambers of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI), is organizing the 1st Global Summit on ESG Advancement: Innovations Driving Sustainability.

This summit, scheduled for March 5, 2024, at PHD House in New Delhi, aims to bring together key stakeholders from various sectors to discuss and explore innovative approaches to integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into business practices.

Key highlights of the summit include:

- Insights from government officials on the roadmap to advancing ESG in India
- Perspectives shared by eminent global and national business leaders
- Launch of the Best Practice Compendium on Anti-Corruption for Healthcare
