A meeting under the chairmanship of Mr. Devinder Singh Kalyan, Principal Secretary, Excise and Taxation department was held on 7th April, 2025 at the State GST office, Faridabad.

During the session, the details of the newly introduced Haryana One-Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme were shared.

This initiative, launched on 1st April 2025, is designed to help taxpayers settle outstanding dues related to VAT, LADT, and other state taxes prior to GST implementation.

The scheme is open for 180 days, concluding on 30th September 2025.

Key Highlights:

   1.   Valid for six months: 1st April to 30th September 2025.
   2.   Open to all with outstanding pre-GST tax dues.
   3.   For benefit details, refer to FAQ 13
   4.   Taxes covered are listed under FAQ 16.
   5.   Taxpayers can compute liabilities and verify them at the State GST Office.
   6.   A dedicated help desk will be set up to assist applicants.
