The Government of Rajasthan has removed mandatory Electrical Inspector approval for:
Power connections up to 33 kV
Small generation units (Solar/Wind) up to 1 MVA
Effective immediately

Self-certification allowed , You take responsibility, not wait for approval

Where Inspection Still Applies

To maintain safety and discipline, inspections will continue for:
• High voltage connections (above 33 kV)
• Sensitive / high-risk locations:

Hospitals
Schools & Institutions
Public buildings & large spaces
High-rise structures
